Ladies Competition Results

Finally — the sun shone for the ladies last Wednesday. Though it was apparently pretty soggy underfoot.

There were 20 ladies who played in the Pinehurst Foursomes. Congratulations to the winners, Jo Gibbons and Annie Smith, who took it on the back nine with 54 points, just edging out Anne Lambert and Babs Beverley. Jude Livingston and Mavis Webster came a very close third with 56. Superb scoring in testing conditions — well done all round.
