And talking about starting poorly, Forest lost, mainly due to a terrible first half performance.
In the Championship, West Brom had a comfortable win at home, keeping them in line for a play-off place. And, in Division Two, Grimsby won at home against Fleetwood, keeping their hopes alive of moving in to a play off place.
Cricket, England suffered at the hands of Australia, despite a decent batting performance. They now need to beat Afghanistan to have any chances of progressing out of the group stages.
The six nations Rugy Union is now in full flow, and France picked themselves up after their loss to England last week to pretty much annihilate Italy on Sunday. And England somehow managed a one point win over Scotland, thanks mainly to a missed conversion by Scotland in the dying minutes. Ireland are still looking strong with their win over what looked a much improved Wales side. This leaves Ireland favourites for the title, unless France can cause an upset.
