It seems, in the Premiership, that the title race is all but over after the results at the weekend, with Liverpool winning and Arsenal only managing a draw at Old Trafford. Forest are keeping their chances on for a European place with another good win on Saturday. And Spurs continue to struggle with a late penalty to secure a draw and one point. In the Championship, Paul will be happy whilst on his holiday, as West Brom won, keeping their chances for a playoff place going. And, Grimsby had a great win at the weekend away at the top club Walsall.

There were some cracking matches in the Rugby Union Six Nations this weekend. France played a blinder to beat Ireland and England beat an ever improving Italian side. France look favourites now to win the title, but it's still up for grabs at the weekend.
