Hello golfers,

Well what a difficult week it was for us all with the snow disruption and freezing wind chill! Last week was a white out and very slow, but as I type away this Monday the course sees 18 holes open with just a few temporary greens, so well played to the lads for their efforts. Saturday studio session

The weekend saw one of the Saturday gang using the studio for a mini golf competition and was pleased they firstly had a good time and secondly were enthused over the excellence of this facility.

With lessons, fittings and practice time available too, don’t forget a rainy day need not stop you from honing your game!

Well Rob has now finished and I await Darryl’s arrival sometime towards the end of March, looking forward to utilising his tech expertise. Please bear with me shop wise for the next three weeks whilst I am on my own as I fill both shop and teaching roles.

Sport update

A bad day for my two teams yet again in the football, with The Baggies looking doomed and Grimsby getting sucked into relegation strife. Man City look dead certs for the title now!

Golf wise, a great win for Phil Mickelson in a play-off against Justin Thomas on the US tour, with Englishman Tyrell Hatton a creditable third.

English golf is in great shape with Sam Horsfield second on The European Tour behind winner George Coetzee.
