Weekly update Well not long now and Rob will be back off his cruise, meaning Friday coming I will get a much anticipated day off! In the meantime we have been busy in the shop, and where time has allowed, especially teaching in the Studio after dark! Indeed there are two examples of some great studio time with a ball fitting and a coaching session for you to look at and digest the figures. Please feel free to pop in to discuss them and to see if some studio time can help elevate your game in readiness for the 2018 summer season. We are seeing an increase in put by ready for Christmas right now, and don’t forget our very own Black Friday weekend this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Again you can put by on these deals for Christmas too! Pop in for a browse and fill your boots. Course wise, I don’t think I have seen it better for the time of year, aided by good weather and good husbandry by the guys, great to see more tidying up work going on, including the paths! Sport wise, Pulis has gone, thank god, after another woeful Baggies display against Chelsea, and I think Grimsby fans are hoping for the same for Slade after another loss for The Mariners. Good wins for Arsenal over big rivals Spurs, as well as for Bournemouth, Burnley, Liverpool and Man U, whilst Man City’s charge at the top continues unabated. Wolves and The Blades march on in the Championship, and Villa are climbing the table too. Could it be I see them go up and the baggies pass them on the way down? England’s rugby team had a flattering win over Australia at Twickenham, whilst the cricket team still seem to be labouring in Australia. Golf wise, Jon Raam won in Dubai, whilst Tommy Fleetwood won the race to Dubai overall, with Rose having an uncharacteristic collapse in the last round. Not many played in the Wrong Course on Saturday but still a great score form Kev Louis to win it with 43 points. This weekend we have the November Monthly medal. Click here to see the results sheet for full details. Well short and sweet this week, have a great week and I look forward to seeing many of you down at the club.
