Stableford 19/11/16

Well better weather for Saturday which meant The Stableford was on and we saw a creditable 35 entries. See the results section for the winners. Sunday weather much worse and as I type away this Monday morning there is a deluge. Mind you some hardy souls in a society have gone out!!

Saturday 26th November -  wrong course


 

Football wise Man United were a little unlucky not to beat Arsenal, whilst Chelsea go top after 5 wins on the bounce. Mind you with Man city, Liverpool and Spurs all going well it is tight at the top. My boys play tonight (Monday). Grimsby look a more attacking threat under new manager Bignot and had a great away win 3-0 at high flying Argyle. The cricketers once again collapsed to lose the second test, whilst England's rugby team made it 12 wins on the bounce on Saturday.
