As per usual England managed to put us through the ringer on Saturday evening, such a shame about the last minute equalizer, but I thought there were a lot a positives about the performance let's hope we can overcome Wales on Thursday, sorry to all our Welsh members!!, and we need to keep Milner in the team hotel where he can't do any damage!
Most important of all is to stop the awful violence we have seen, those Russians are something else, and they are all ruining the spectacle for all the genuine fans.

Keep your swing thoughts simple
Did you know that one of the worst pieces of advice you will hear is to keep your head down, that's right all those well-meaning advocates of this idea are wrong, indeed trying to isolate individual parts of the body, is a recipe for disaster, when you consider your swing only lasts for about 2 seconds filling your head with a myriad of physical instruction is impossible in this time scale. So try instead to get a tempo and rhythm to your swing when you play, and leave working on the mechanics to the practise ground. Hope this helps.
